William and Ella Fang founded Honics Development to do one thing well: take aging homes on central Austin’s most sought-after blocks — Zilker, East Cesar Chavez, Old Enfield & Tarrytown — and rebuild them as modern, thoughtfully designed infill under Austin’s HOME initiative, for the young buyers and remote professionals who want to live here.
They bring 30+ years leading and operating technology companies and 10+ years managing their own real-estate portfolio — an operator’s discipline applied to every schedule, budget and inspection. Since 2025, Honics has acquired and is developing multiple projects across 78703, 78704 and 78702, built with established local construction and design partners and an international supply chain for high-quality materials.
